Article 27 of the GDPR therefore requires us to designate a representative in the Union, whom data subjects and supervisory authorities may address on all matters relating to the processing of their personal data, in addition to or instead of us.

Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used.
We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body and do not currently do so. This does not affect your right to bring a claim before the competent courts.
